Enduro Bearings

We have used Enduro Bearings when servicing customers bikes for a long time offering two levels of bearing quality, their blue sealed Abec 3, green sealed Stainless steel bearings and a few years back also started to offer the XD15 ceramic bearing as an upgrade for wheel bearings. Its not been till this year though that we have started also to use their bottom brackets and headsets. Below is a bit about their bottom brackets and XD15 bearings, from experience though we have been fitting XD15 bearings into customers bikes now for 2 years and have some customers who do big year mileage with big service intervals. Bearings have always been an issue for these customers but have found the XD15 to be outlasting everything else we’ve tried so far.

Torqtite bottom brackets.

TorqTite BB solution utilizes Angular Contact stainless steel bearings pressed into precision machined aluminum TorqTite cups that simply thread together in the BB shell for a simple, secure, creak-free installation in any non-threaded BB shell. Enduro's latest patent-pending innovation; where the bearing is actually the component. Maxhit bottom bracket bearings are designed to thread directly into your bicycles bottom bracket shell, eliminating the need for the aluminum cups that are traditionally used to carry the bearings. XD15.

An Enduro Bearings exclusive, our XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid bearings combine corrosion-proof, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races with Silicon Nitride Grade 3 ceramic balls in a proprietary process that results in the ultimate high performance bearing setup. The deep-groove design raceways allow for maximum sized Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls for for increased contact area and improved performance and longevity. 90% fill Kluber NBU52 grease only runs better and smoother with time and is highly resistant to being washed out.
